how to flash this with the new update 2.8?
i tried but stops at searching for port....

You need to put the phone in download mode, 100% method below:-

1. Remove battery
2. Insert battery
3. Press and hold 9
4. Press power, screen should display download prompt.
5. Insert cable, at this point the PC should install the phones device driver.

If at step 4 the phone does not show downloader, can progress to step 5, if no device is created, its probable the phone bootloader is erased.

And the cable to be used,must be the phone's USB cable(direct to PC USB) or the HWK RJ45 cable(on the UFS box)?

how to enable BOOT files on samsung tool as i flashed but cant flash boot file sector.
my phone reboots at sumsung logo even after flashing

This is a problem in the phones E2P(NVRAM) nothing to do with bootloader, bootloader write support has not been added at the moment.

always be very careful with boot files. u can kill your phone.
