hi i need full flash for a s.eric w810i to flashing with hwk don't have in support area ha found w810_R4CE012_MAIN_GENERIC and W810_R4CE012_FS_EU1 but i need the Update Agent and cust and i don'f find someone can help me ?

CUST and UA files are in the support area, there is no need to flash UA.

i find but the w810i is a db2010 and the flash is Localized in the db2012

Why not just flash it with XS++ via the DCU60 USB cable?

I stopped using UFS/HWK for SE flashing ages ago TBH, and latest w810i f/w I have seen is R4EA031
