clean phone conector and then try, may helpfull, if not use jaf software .

never probleme with hwk put speed in normal.there are many problemes caused by pc amd .best to work with pc pentium,or intel celeron.BR

although you say cable is ok check it again and before next try untick 1331 then flash it will be done without any problum
