how to solve this problem

If your box is under warranty then speak with your reseller for repair / exchange.

or

Open the box and remove your HWK module, clean the contact pins and b l o w out the socket with compressed air, replace HWK and see if it helps, if not your HWK has failed and needs to be replaced.
