help for support access - GSM-Forum

a strange message appeared to me when i want to access the support area

trying every thing possible but no success i am using the latest hwk suite
i tryed to login the support by using dctxbb5 but no success strange?

FractalizeR is not product support ! how can know?

this time yesterday site is down for maintance... not for UFSxHWK software update.

Fractalizer is responsible for the download support, you can check the signature on the bottom of the page

And the maintenanceon the site was for new HWK update, Odia told us earlier that there will be new security

Fractalizer made the support area login for alot of support areas like Turbo Support, Rockerdongle, Vygis , Thunderstorm, HWK and many more, so I think he KNOW's something
