we bought our hwk resently when try to conect t610 and p910i software says
"Please Connect Cable to Switched-Off Mobile"

insert betry attached cable in varient ways no use please some one discrib how to conect rtp phone to hwk which cable and how

I think the problem is caused by the cable you are using, you need to use an RJ45 T68 cable designed for UFS, there are two types, one requires the battery and the other has crocodile connectors for the battery contacts.

Check the battery for low voltage,clean the connectors, everything should be ok!!!

i always attach cable press 'go' then i attach the battery, always works for me!

use cruiser mate ufs rtp and zfk and sedbx is for decoration of ufs hwk
