Sams Qualcomm 3G not supported by HWK, use Search.............. U need UMdloader to flash with std USB Cable, here is a german Site with everything u nedd http://www.z500-flash.de.vu/

after 3 days phone become restart with Z500 logo, i,m try with many firmware but problem same. pls help anyone

Reflash with a different firmware version

and all should be fine

check your hardware in the phone then , possibly it's a hardware repair since you've attempted the flashing option already
