What I don't understand is:
All these phones are BB5.
Why the mcu file
for 6300 ends to .mcusw
The N73ME ends to .fpsx and
the N95 ends to .COR

first of all
mcu = very large file in size
ppm = if mcu is ending with alphabets then ppm is ending with numeric
if mcu is ending with numeric then ppm is ending with alphabets
cnt = must matched with ppm endings

all three files must be same version
like
This is N73 Music Edition Files
all three files version is 4.0839.42.2.1
MCU: N73_4.0839.42.2.1_western_C00_PRD_cc.fpsx
PPM: N73_rofx_4.0839.42.2.1_PRD.V05
CNT: N73_userarea_4.0839.42.2.1.U02

This is N95 Files
all three files version is 30.0.015
MCU: RM-159_30.0.015_PR.C0R
PPM: RM-159_30.0.015_PR.v11
CNT: RM159_30.0.015_037_U04_uda.fpsx

and for more accurate file selection you can use navifirm to download flash files.
model>version>product code wise files>all files in product code you selected
analys all of them and then you can learn yourself which file is mcu ppm and cnt

How to choose files in BB5 SarasSoft

Once you have readed your phone, you can use the same software version or next version (better same to highier), if you use lower version allways backup your PM file, for choose yous files do the next as image shows, of course you have to be installed last version of SarasSoft.

5130 producto red.JPG

Anyway, not allways the higher version works in all phones (i have bad experience in 5800 phone).

Best Regards
