Hwk Box_auth_ Error:1111. - GSM-Forum

Good day.

I have a problem with my new HWK,tody is my first use, when i conet it show me this message BOX_AUTH_ ERROR:1111.
What is the next step to take.

Remove first & Reinstall again.

I have reinstalled From HWK suit_setup_v2.05 up to 2.0.7 still same Box_AUTH_ERROR:1111

use lates update client from 2.507

then update

after this if you getting hwk not autorise

u update again

all ok then
