HWK dead after one day user UFS Ver 03.04, Help me!


Here is my log when update HWK:

And i user with UFS ver 03.04 not prob, BUT to day I can't user it when Connect it said:

HID:
HWK: NOT CONNECTED 45
and Disconnect, i have to come back UFS ver 03.03, connect OK but HWK still NOT CONNECTED 45.

How can i do with my HWK, Sara product?

Ensure my HWK is dead after one day update, i put another HWK and it work fine but put back my HWK it still said NOT CONNECTED 45. How to ?????????

But Send only HWK ID or have to send set HWK' and in this case my HWK is warranty by reseller or not, i'll try!

I was sent it to reseller, but he said: warranty void by expire time.
my HWK dead by UFS Suite, Who have to take the responsibility?

Ask SAras directly for replace :-) he helps you 100% :-) he comes to your shop and give to you 10 new hwk.:-)

if serious - no one takes responsibility for this. no one. I have 3 hwk with different problems, and all unusable now. and my reseller can't do anything - "warranty expired - u use hwk after warranty on your own risk".

dont use update tool in .4 if you update HWK in .3 suite. Saras DONT WRITE THIS IN .4 SUITE. If You update HWK in .3 and 04 suite, i think, waiting next update......

I have three dead HWK. Getting non friendly talks from my resseller I decided to keep them I hope one day somebody in this noble forum will find a solution. Am already working on that.

If your HWK is out of warranty, wether that be 6 or 12 month warraty, then surely it is no big deal to buy new one IF solution cannot be found! I mean you would've earnt your money back from it, so its paid for itself already!

Have u tried removing your HWK from UFS and then putting it back in, maybe it was loose somewhere?

Sometime is dry join only,just resolder the parts of the hwk board and then put it back.
