i doubt there is an official one for your location as there is non listed on the official ufshwkx.com site but i think most other ones ship worldwide you could try one of them

All dealers I contact tell me HWK boxes are fake and waste of money, they all recommend buyting JAF +key. What do you guys say??

bro. its my personla openion ,don't take it otherwise.
for BB5 flash if u think realy that all HWK boxes r fake & waste of money than u can buy a MT-BOX. i think its better for BB5 flashing.
