hello sir the problem of (socket error # 10054) is due to your internet connection. the TCP/IP connection to server from your pc is unstable
you can try to update with another dsl internet connection which have good speed ,here i also give a link to download a pdf file for hwk upgrade faq you can download it from following link. it have the solution for these kinds of problem
