Hello, dear customers!

We have received several reports about users being unable to enter support area and at the same time cannot even open Welcome to official UFS & HWK Website! or Sarunasoftware Support Area -> Message from system website.

Using our telepathic abilities we investigated the problem and found, that the reason is malfunctioning DNS servers of some providers. The solution is easy. You can move to using fast Google DNS servers, which are independent of your provider's. Configuration instruction is here and on Google.
