lg-sharp gsm tools v 2.0.5.0hwk by sarasoft gives me problem.when l open it n connect the phone only info and facrst buttons are highlighted .Flash,read,erase and unlock are not highlighted.l got original ufs3 and hwk.pliz help l cant unlock phones.

Those buttons/options will not be highlighted until after booting of phone successfully.
