HWK not activated all the functions...... - GSM-Forum

Hi there.
After i installed my HWK in tornado i realised that i still don't have "features:00000001" in the software.
How can i check if it is activated ?
Also in Sams_Ufs module, d500 is not activated.
What do i need to activate this features ?

tenta instalar de novo o soft e actualiza os drivers..
reeinstal again and try again ..ist´s strange !

Hi,

Check yoy HWK, not INSERTED NICELY.
About the feature 00000001, I ve got it with my EXCALIBUR even if the HWK in not installed.

If got the same Problem , SE KFZ works , DTCX work , but Samsung D500 didn't work i can't select D500 or D508 .

Whats the Problem ?

Problem solved from alone , after the third start from Sam it works !

Are you using the latest version for this software ?

I have just now double checked with more boxes and HWK and all running.

I think that the problem is because the parity string's. I didn't inserted them.
Where to get/insert them ?
I already have access to www.ufsxhwk.com support but there is no caculator for this string's.

New UFS device. I don't know who manufactures it.

These are not required at the moment, the option was removed from the software because we want to rethink this part, so decided to release without so the HWK could hit the market quicker as too much speculation

Ok
I had installed everithing on another computer an the Sams_ufs module already support D500 and D508.

BUT

I still don't have "features 0000001" in DCTX module.

Do you have features 0000001 activated in dctx module ?

So that means that if i use HWK with one box i can change it to another and it still work's ?

Yes, for the momment no need to pair box and HWK, just for the momment.

Yes I have , Feature: 0000001 , but I didn't lose this feature in the past.

What I see is , when I connect 5 times to DCTX 1.3k or Sam_1.4r , 3 times it shows me no HWK and 2 times it shows me the HWK .

Thats stupid , I don't understand this .

But I think thats only a Software Problem.

S-Box was a serie of Tornado serials (boxes) ordered by a customer for a special personalised order.
Don't worry - only the name S-Box in the software windows like Tornado, Twisterr ... was the difference.
