i have here original hwk. it suddenly apears hwk not connected .what might be the problem? pls help....

first i got an error hwk not connected tried the solution given by thong gsm it didnt work. after this repair i got this message .what does this mean?...

It means you just restored raskalize firmware to your box... just restore it to original and your ready to go..

You have to do : box touch Pc then open ufs3 tool click on conect wait S/N show + click on write firmware,write eeprom,write 93c46 after that click on fix&update waiting it runs completely.Ok

thanks mate my box is working again

....but i guess my hwk is damage ..just like the first one that i bought... it always says hwk not attached/not connected . i think ill give up my hwk and use patched software

. im so discourage about what happen and promise to my self never buy hwk again

I press connect and the proogram read the box s/n and the box is disconnected on two seconds
