HWK not working please help me - GSM-Forum

After installing it can not be seen in all hwk suite programs:
in nokia dctx features 000000001 is enabled
in SE KFZ i'have got this bad message

hwk id :self destroyed
in samsung and other hwk suite programs it starts without the message hwk id:xxxxxxxxx

You should ask Your reseller for replacement, and this is all help You can receive here on forum, regarding this mater.

I don't know about the self destroyed message, but maybe the HWK did this because something about the interface to the UFS box was faulty?

Maybe someone from the HWK team could answer because if I'm right then plugging another HWK in could result in another fault of this type.

we have one faulty chip also. (and the guy doesnt even have an olly debugger on his pc)
