I think he is saying that he is using HWK crack because he can not update his original HWK, so hence his point is why does he have original HWK when he has to use the crack.

Maybe your firewall is stopping the communication or your ISP is blocking some ports. First try to disable your firewall both third party and in windows XP if your using this OS.

If that does not work, maybe you can take your UFS+HWK to a friends house and try with their internat ISP.

If your still having problems then I suggest that you speak with GSMBoutique for further advise.
