HWK support button is not accessible


after install all be O.K, upgraded succesfully, but support button is not accessible. ( Box authorized with req-fbi procedure). What's happened now?
On first installed computer button is active. Global options written too.

If you updated your HWK before doing req->fbi process you will need to update the HWK again, since HWK and UFS auth data are not in sync.

i try many time it is the same error
