Hi, Is your ufshwk original?
Authentication stage error is usualy when server cannot update because of clone. Did you update using 2.0.5 or 2.0.6 bro?

Is better to show the error from the other screen, since you had some error and tried to update anyway.

Ok i explain better..

1º- i put de hwk in USB and install USBHWKdrivers.

2º- i installed HWK_Support_Suite_Setup_v02.07.000.

3º- i open the hwk update client and clicked "Next"

4º- i have this error:

5º- i clicked on "Update UFS Firmware" and browse the REQ.FBI file.

6º- i have this error:

7º- i press "Start Hwk update" and have error adress violation ( is the first post image), and the progress bar dont run, i have to click "Quick"..

Ps: This box was already linked in another pc and made the update normally without problems .. but in my pc is that this is happening

since I whant to by hwk ,basicly I buy it, I´m not shure is it posiblle to update it regulary because I`m using v2.0.3 with clone device(sorry for that it is not my fault)

If you are using cloned hwk then there is no chance of updating to latest versions, so buy an original, and dont always go for cheap option!

If UFS is cloned, but HWK is original, then it should be ok to update normally!

I used cloned hwk so I know theres no chance to update it but I should get orginal hwk.
Dont know is my ufs cloned,how to check this ?

You do not need to be an expert, only able to read and write.

You have a message displayed, if you type that message into the search box, you will have your solution and if you had done that instead of making post, you would have had the solution on the same day.

Your solution is just to buy an original HWK.

as I write I alredy buy it,waiting for delivery,OK?
but till now I used clone I will drop it,OK ?
I whan´t to find out will I be able to use orginal hwk since I used clone in my box and will I be able to update box and hwk.

Yes, if you will use original HWK and your Box is original as well then you can upgrade.
