hwk updated with 2.8 but there are many error
 

hello all
i buy last day ufs+hwk original from a official reasiler in algeria
i update with last update 2.8 all ok write hwk update complited ok
but the first problem is in the support whene i access to the support write error the hwk its not registred in the server contact your resealer
whene i use hwk suit like dctxbb5 some times write error in hwk
not autorised run update tool some times he diconect the ufs divice and show message ufsx device not found
in sams or lg or sedbx write hwk not autorised run update tool
how i can solve problem
and how i can access to the support

can you post your Update logs please you may saved it somewhere

where i get the log because i not save the log file after update the hwk

uninstall all your Suite, drivers, update tool

reinstall only your update tool once your update is done again click on Support Site
then your support site will be open download Main Suite 2.0.8.0 once the download is completed
restart your computer and then Install the main Suite it worked for me 100%

i used to get the same Error as you mentioned in your first post if you still didn't understand
