3 months of me trying to solve this problem and not succeed

My reseller (Gobi) says that receives no response from SARAS.

what is done in this situation?

Either you have your HWK broken or that are a HWK Client!

what is done in this situation?

If your account has been closed, its probable that it will never be un blocked, accounts are only closed for good reason, e.g. possible you posted your HID in a public forum and then it was used in clone making.

I know very well the procedures and we have not posted anywhere HID me. I tried at several IP, without any result.
Box not go now with no ver 2.06

HWK have changed in another box (tornado ***xx) because Twister box 90319 was broken, maybe that's the problem
