HWK users have default 2 attempts( logs) to upgrade their hwk


i noticed that many of hwk users faced or facing problem for upgrading.. most of them has problem like - " no more upgrade logs , contact your reseller" ( only reseller )... i think this is happening bcz of hwk users unawareness ( i was one of them when i bought hwk ) and saras team - resellers and product supporters.. i m facing problem since 20 days.. still my reseller is keep saying that he is trying but couldn't fix...

Saras Team , Product Supporters and Resellers, have to inform their product users about this default 2 upgrade logs..

you can find many sticky thread here , but there is no thread like "Hwk user has default 2 upgrade attemps so plz becareful while you are upgrading " .. i think if there is any sticky thread like this then many new users and current user will take care for thi upgrade logs...

i request you to all who manage this official support in this forum to start thread related to UPGRADE LOGS .. so your new and current users can understand this UPGRADE LOGS SYSTEM and take care for that..

other thing is i want to know, in some situation what if reseller is not responding, supporting then who will support hwk user for their problems ?

Ok, well, he has arelady said that his reseller is NOT supporting him on this so what now?

What if his resseller is not getting response back from HWK team either? What then?

His account has been suspended due to trying to update to much....whats that about? And why is it taking so long to fix this issue?

Oh, and what if his reseller is 100's of miles away? How is he supposed to go 'knock on his door' then?

Answers on a postcard please!

first i admire saras team for such as this powerful flashing solution .. i m really fan of this tool...

there is nothing personal in my above posts... it is general suggestion.. you can mention this default 2 upgrade logs thing in sticky thread " HWK upgrade client FAQ " .. like every user have 2 upgrade logs .. once it is used , he need to contact his reseller for more upgrade logs..

second thing...about my hwk thing.. my reseller told me to wait for 24 hours .. after 2 days i called him and he replied me that he has sent my request to saras team, but he don't know when will fix my issue...still my hwk is not upgrading... and he is not ready to replace my box .. my purchase is only 1 month and 10 days old... i just want not to suffer other hwk users such as this type of situation so i m giving you this suggestion..

if any one had mentioned it before, i would have been aware of this ... and you too have seen many issues similar like this " no more upgrade logs " .. we can stop this upgrading issues by informing new and current hwk users

again i m telling you dude.. this is just general suggestion for improving support..

We could write that if we wanted to lie, but since its not correct there is no need to write it.

You have been told many times, that this issue needs to be resolved by your reseller and they are the only person who can help you, now you can chose to accept that advise or carry on spamming and wasting your time in the forum, but if you chose the latter we will be forced to remove your spam and speak to the forum admins/mods about you being banned.

So what will it be? The red or blue pill.
