Hi i got this error while installing HWK 2.0.0.8
what i have to do

Install not authorised, please download and install HWK suite and uptate with latest client and retry main install. client compare

1st install HWK_Support_Suite_Setup_v02.08.000 & drivers, Launch HWK Update Client v.2.0.8.0 is HWK is already ver. 2.0.8.0 then click Support Site then install HWK_Setup_Suite_v02.08.000 restart Pc, if HWK is not yet ver.2.0.8.0 then click Start HWK updaten then go to Support Site then install HWK_Setup_Suite_v02.08.00.

after installing suite,reinstall the suite again and make REPAIR !

upps you need to delete the registry entries and then install again :-)

Exactally Same Problem is with me.

I got new UFS+HWK. But failed to install it.

I Format my window completelly, but no luck.

Please solve this BUG !

when box update log in support and download main setup and insttal it .

box worke fine .

After run the uptate client. I can't get into the site its says

http://support.sarunasoftware.com/in...r_code=2&info=

uptate client runs fine

You are not using the latest version of HWK Suite Software. Please download latest HWK Suite.
Communication between your PC and server was corrupted or incomplete on some reason. Please try to relogin.

exactally !

I think there is a bug in UFS . I'm facing this problem as well.

I already format my window. and bought my box from www.sw-box.com. so i think this should be original box.

But i'm unable to use this one. Please help.

iam also facing the same problem. yesterday its working very well, today i just reinstalled my windows then i try to install but unable to instal.
when i trying to hwk update tool 2.0.8.0 iam getting warning...

All ok, not Necessery to Update HWK !
You will Loose a Server Log, Proceed Anyway ?

then i try to install HWK suite saying " Install not authorised, please download and install HWK suite and uptate with latest client and retry main install. client compare"

what I Do ???????
