Take a look at JAF no matter Raskal's / Tomas': wow, how many server they got? All of them are fast!
Take a look at UB : - same as above -
Take a look at DEAD REDBOX : still supported and FAST (thx julvir)
Legija's product: no need to say, ultimate speed!

@Odia:
Maybe it's better to change your policy. I know that server cost with high speed / load / traffic isn't cheap, but you should take a good look to other team.
Yes, hams' server is fast, but its paid one.

Yes and my speed is slowly 20/30kb/s , But nothing now working perfect!

Speed depends on the number of seeds for a file. On popular files speed will be high.
