disconect hwk and try to login with support suit and also check with Dctx software after all this will clear problum not with hwk but ur box is giving error 5 i have also face this problum 4 moths ago and solved and this is because you have jaf also and both boxs are connected same time now search for ufstool for repair your box because i can't upload this due to an error upload file failed next go ahead ........................... be brave now no resaler support you in this case br, | |
