improtant LG 8120 question - GSM-Forum

Hi Mates!

About 2 days befor i received this phone and unlocked it. After proces i typed the reset code and everything was fine.

I tested the phone and it found network and also i tried calling and it was succesfull too. (i tested about 2-3 hour long)

The phone retuns to customer and about half an hour came back and customer sais: no more network and the keyboard lights stays on when he he powers off the phone.

I examinded the phone and noticed that the phone really not find network and the keyboard lights stays on when i turn the phone off.

So the question is: Is this my fault? Or the customer makes the phone in that statue?

Its important to me to know Can i repair this phone?

Unlockin a LG 8120 cant be a reason for this problem
as u said it was workin for 2 to 3 hrs
U can try flashing the fone
Or maybe ur customer has done it
