installation problem after formating my pc - GSM-Forum

i am facing problem installing hwk after formating pc..
installed HWK_Support_Suite_Setup_v02.08.000
but when i run HWK_Setup_Suite_v02.08.000 it shows error " install cannot continue" ..find the attach pic below

i had exactly the same problem, after format my PC.
here's how i solved it :
- Install HWK_Support_Suite_Setup_v02.08.000.exe
- Press button to update hwk (it will tell, that there's no need and you will lose one log) ... continue anyway.
- Then you can install HWK Setup Suite.

I don't know if it will work for you... but this was how i solved my problem

atlast my reseller solved my problem.. thanks very much...lil scared coz without ufs-hwk i cant run single day

i have the same problem after my laptop crash! i want use another computer but no way. i try use server update but can't conect now! how can i do?
