plz more details. U may try flash main soft and than filesystem, may try another sw wersion, check erase all unused regions, try flash with j608 files, try use optiflash. Maybe here is hw problem, for example dead yamaha...

If you flash the phone sucessfully so that mean thats an hardware fault.
