Member: 194128 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 303 | Hey! Your phone is network locked and HWK wont help you to unlock network lock of a DB2020 based phone. Use some other tool e.g. Cruiser, Setool to unlock your phone. You are clicking on "Reset ULOCK" button which is for resetting USER LOCK, not for NETWORK LOCK.
