K300 flashing problem - GSM-Forum

Hello,
May I know the procedure of flashing K300? Is it flashing MCU first than flash Cu/fs?
The problem is sometime I flash it like cxc125979 to cxc125822, at the end still cxc125979 but sometime is ok.
Please advice
