hi .. i have HWK software... when i m change the imei of kg800 software shows me that imei is change but when i see in phone imei is not change.. can anybody tell me please how i can change the imei.. thanks

i was told that you need to flash the opti imei as well

Not sure if this can be done by HWK. Have read that the otp needs to be patched to bypass the imei check in a similair kind of way to how it's done on the sony ericsson phones but have not found any option in HWK to do this. If anyone has any info on how this can be done using HWK or of any utils to patch the flash file it would be appreciated.

look at this screen shot,

now i could not even get a kg800 to boot with my Rj45+usb cable, but i just pressed the imei, and box appeared, i entered new imei, WORKED, out the checksum with calcalator and hit write imei.
NOW this phone was black listed, it is no longer,
HWK changes the imei on kg800 (chocolate)
