Where on earth can I get this IC?

Got this error flashing Nokia 5200

First of all - Do you face this kind of error with every BB5 phone or this is exception???

If you face this error with every BB5 phone, then you might need to change that regulator!

About your question - I think National Semiconductor is on Earth and has a website running. Why not ask them how to get one?

You would not have the error with all BB5 phones, only the ones which do not like 3.3v

I already encountered this error on 3 bb5 phones...but was flashed smoothly with other boxes..

Yes I tried NS but they wont allow me to buy 1pc of it... they want the whole stock!
