My HWK dead, help how to solve this problem????


yesterday i open bb5 soft and click connect but show me hwk not connected error login 45 , i open update tool show me this error message:

-- HWK NOT CONNECTED or DEAD
-- HWK ERROR : 0010

My Hwk is original not trial or clone , help me to solve this.......

please disconnect any other device like jaf, bb5 box and then try again to run the software

remove hwk in box, and re-attach again if still same

warranty- change another from reseller
w/o warranty- buy new one

i buy hwk after 6 months it is not normal to dead for 6 months......

so if not work just send to reseller, normally when i got this problem, remove hwk and insert hwk again it will work again...
