my letest hwk suite not auto dectet flash file ......then model select RH-64 (1600) (NOT SELECT FLASH FILE PATH) then i select manuly file(mcu,ppm,cnt) then check option thats not work pls any help this matter.

this problem...only RH-64(1600) OTHER model work with fine.

Maybe you not install RH-64 in correct directory ?

no bro i install RH-64 IN C:\Program Files\Nokia\Phoenix\Products\rh-64

other tool (jaf) is show ok ini only problem with HWK..?

I have same problem with Infinity Box. CNT is not detected even when trying to select file manuallyl.

You may need to do re-installation of soft.
