N70 sim not valid - GSM-Forum

I have n70 shows with sim sim not valid. I think its sp data is currupted. I have no back up because it is from another shop. I don't know what have they done with it. How to restore or make in good condition it.

jaf can't do anything if spdata is corrupted rpl is the only solution
