beware of dual line if you don't understand which cable are you using at. sometimes and don't know the program doing full erase and flashed as usually so, you got blank screen...
I use another tool if this happened to me. I know that sarassoft product have a lot brand supported but the weakness always with cheap and support a lot brand. So, there's no mistake to have more than 1 (one) box, isn't it.... so, you can compare. This's not the family product but business product. Take what you want and leave it behind any product that not have profit with your business.
