Try to use 7 pin cable, with my 5 pin cble i allways have problems, even dead phone, then start to use the 7 pin, and i never have the problem again.

i have 3 hwk box and 3 computer.flashing BB5 phone always failed.how to solved this problem.work ok with version 2.09.xx
