n95 accidentaly pressed locks !!

after that unfortunaly I pressed LOCKS accidentaly on N95,since I whant to press "Bk.308"

since I didnt unmark Auto clear result window, I dont reamember exactly what "happened" beafore ,but as far I reamember after pressed LOCKS ,I m shure that some backup of 308 was maded!

my I correctly and how to restore it back ???

use jaf or bb5 of zulea

you can also try erase file of jaf in your ufs if you dont have any other box once erase ang flash put full pm,then pm308 then cmt back up

if you have made back up of your imei write it back then do unlock it using cineck or free software by zulea

since I dont know to much about sx4 auth. and protected PM fields
how is possible that I was able to write backuped PM308 without SX4 ?

I would like to appeal hwk team please add automatic saving log file !

SX4 is to write protected PM field (specially field 1 and 309 who have calibration data).

u can write (i mean Restore) PM field 308 on many OLD BB5 phones who have this field not protected.

anyway, only some new BB5 have protected PM field 308 (like 5800, N85....), and even SX4, damage CRT etc will not help u to overwrite it.

anyway u don't need to write PM field 308 only after overwrite it by mistake or when writing unlocked PM in some phone (u must be sure what u are doing for that).


HWK don't create log file, but u can copy log from software window, by clicking the right button of mouse and select....

my I say this :
on all sl1 and sl2 phones we are able to read&write PM without sx4 ,or how to know which is "old" and which is "new".


I oftener forget to copy&paste since I somehow learn that log file will be saved automaticly by tools that I using.
still think it will be nice to add it.

u are able to read PM of all BB5 phones (SL1, SL2,........ SL)

PM write is not needed only in some case:
1- to restore PM backup after full erase, flash, restore CRT etc...
2- u accidently write a bad PM into phone.

u are able to write PM (only if needed) in all BB5 phones BUT:
1- some PM fields are protected, and u must use SX4 to overwrite them.
2- PM field 308 is protected only in some new BB5 phones, anyway u don't need to overwrite it anymore in those news BB5, and u are not able to overwrite even by mistake .

the more important thing is:
Always make full PM backup (from field 1 to 400), if u wanna write a repair PM or before Unlock any BB5.
