why this error,most of time not all time i miss the same error when flashing bb5 phones . today i tried to flash nokia 3110c in starting process i get error message shown DATA BLK ERROR at

.......i checked all parameters and all is ok,so phone was work fine after put out sim and then insert it,it display CONTACT SERVICE.
please can you confirm me if that hardware phone problem or software bug in tool ? i'm still confused in this situation.

As is written all over the forum, this problem is due to your cable, you have selected to use dual line, but your cable is only single line.

thanks for replay,do you mean i must uncheck Dual line for correct operation ?

yes sir the problem was cable after change another (use 6300) the phone was flashed ok but still display contact service so how to solve it ?
