Hi All!

As everybody can see, there are a lots of post asking help for Contact Service.

And there are also some members who blindly tell solution to them.

This is caused just bcoz posted information is not enough to pin point the cause of Contact Service.

Lets check what we need to post to get a resolution for Contact Service:

Use Info Button - Everybody can see Info button available in Software. It gives you detailed information of Phone Software, Hardware and SIMLOCKs. So if you post this log, we can trace out why you get Contact Service.

Use Self Tests - As you can see, now we have Self Tests option to see which Tests are being executed at Phone Startup and also their Status. In virtually all Contact Service Case, some of these Tests are failing. So, PLEASE do a Self Test of Phone and post that Screen Shot.

If you follow these, if will be really helpful for the members who want to help you. Also this Forum will stay clean from unnecessary posts.
