need help for s3310i

i cant flash samsung s3310i - set not detect

tried both ways [rj-45 & usb] but same

always failed with s3310i but other models flash successfully without any problem

both [rj-45 & usb] cables are tested

i check some working sets but same

i flashed only 1 s3310i and all others failed to connect
