need way in w 810i flashing - GSM-Forum

hello sir,
i have micro hwk.i have w 810i phone.the phone problem is sometimes hang.so i like to flashing the mobile.so i connect the phone via baud rate cable.i press gdfs info.the info file saved.
how can i flash the mobile and which file is selected for the phone.is ua file is must for the phone?
the phone ver is hongkong.but i like to install the latest taiwan file.
please reveal soon.
