No More Support from HWK - GSM-Forum

I think now its time to have this news from HWK Team "No More Support"

I hope all other users are now expecting this.

Odia come here and at least say this "No More Support".
So after that we are free to buy another tool.

why are you so slow ???. many had done this many months [?]or years back.

now we have a big problem with this box.

1 - Bad support = very slow and not the helpful support.
2 - Bad Programinmg Team = this HWK is need to connect to internet, why?, why we must update the HWK. why don't you just update like the J.A.F Team???
3 - very slow speed ( every solution ) = the speed that to write, to unlock, to write UEM, and all other sulution are very slow ( but JAF are Fast )

So. what do you think about these sulution?. are you gonna fix it or go to sleep and forget them???
