set is restarting with sim

set is also new

info is ok but flashing always stop with this error

no loader have form any tool this time for this mobile.so you can not flash with any tool this phone.only you can remove user code.also Nokia not release official firmware.

The info in the window does not indicate flashing but "check" process. Now, what you have there is probably due to poor connectivity between cable and phone. This is usually common when checking phones like nokia 1280 and 103 and even 1616. I will advise you check the cable and also the inner part of the phone especially under the LCD for any dampness.

and everybody is confused now

for this problem you can use atf cause atf can read flash file from set infineon tab so find runing set do read flash from runing set & write to fault phone problem solved

not you cannot read with ATF
to read something, at first need have an original flash file
with correct bootloaders
