Nokia 105 RM-908 Local mode after flash

Phone power on with device but Local mode with battery..........

yes, i tested with
NDT EURO EC BLACK LATIN CZ
RM908_059S9F8_03.10_001.vpl
and all is ok

When insert SIM continue restart........

Same problem here, after flash only Local mode with Battery

Phone have no german language (PPM EC)
Flashfile read out from two brand new 105 with german language (PPM AE) but after flash to other phone only local mode. When i flash back readout File (with PPM EC) from phone without german then phone work.

What can i do?

remove local mode resistance near on battery connecter . 100000 % sloution
