Nokia 2610 flash error pls help!

i try to flash nokia 2610 but i become allways this error:

Extractings contents packages...
init local mode failed
contents package extrackting failed



can pls anybody say something about this...

thank you for your trick bro but i use easy cable nki 1100 doesnt work, ..
i dont know why..
