Nokia 6020 after unlock some times when calling - go on Contact service - GSM-Forum

when i call or when i put phone in charger - go to contact service.
in stand by mode - after 30/40 sec after power on go to contact service.

after unlock on ufs/hwk
UI Defaults Ok, Time: 00:03
Set UI Factory Defaults Ok, Time: 00:00
Set Full Factory Defaults Ok, Time: 00:00

but still phone goes to contact service mode :/

at first u erase &
flash ur set with update flash file

from info log file it show all data ok however you can fix CS problem with second time unlock .unlock it again.

yes i try to unlock, i try to reflash phone, i write full pm from another phone and unlocked, i resset via ufs all settings.
but still phone go on CS status..
event i don't try with self test...
tommorow i post result.

shortest way is to check what shows
self tests
just press that button

after full erase, write the latest Flash version.

and write another good PM, Factory Reset + unlock.

if dosn't help, it's probably a hardware problem.
