Process Failed, Repowering Mobile

Im using the latest HWK version all up to date, preinstalled latest phoenix and all latest flash loaders. Have checked my HWK hardware and it has the required proper Voltage Regulator LP2951C M30 (3.0V) regulator (IC - U6)

This phone is not booting under any other boxes either like JAF, GENIE, UB, MT-BOX...

Any suggestions from support?
