none authorised ..................... help me


when connect with dctx the hwk say none authorised copy of sortware detected, please use original install package. i have to remove and install hwk many time and fomart the win and install windows. but everything not ok. help me pls

reinstall hwk suite & support suite 2.6.your problem will be solved.i tested many times.

I have to reistall many time but problem not solved. may be am wrong first install support and second install suite may be problem here. thank you sir

what's the hell with these members solutions are posted thousands of time use search button to find solution and don't post without searching it is coming annoying. make efforts and don't be lazy

Have the same since two months, bought new Hard Drive, installed new XP still the same and nobdy here could help, have HWK stuff on another Machine now and waiting for new Installer (upgrade) hope that solves the problem...........

do you thick/select REPAIR OPTION in ufs_suite2.0.6 before you click the next
